PREP: 15 mins
COOK: 40-60 mins
Preheat oven to 180 c
Tesco pastry mix x1
Dried soya mince x1 mug full
Mushrooms approx 10
Medium onion x1
Olive oil a bit
Vegetable stock cubes x2
Mixed herbs some
- Grease pie dish, mines a glass one, about 8" diameter, 2 1/2" deep.
- Mix pastry according to packet
- Roll out! Line dish with it, Make a 'pie lid' using the dish lid as a stencil ;)
- Chop onion, fry in olive oil in a saucepan
- Mix soya mince with equal water and both stock cubes, add to pan
- Chop mushrooms, add them.
- Add mixed herbs to mix, teaspoon approx
- Fill pastry with mix, place lid on and prick the top with a fork, (10 times??)
- Place in oven for approx 40-60 minutes depending on how crusty you like your pastry.
