Olive oil 2tbsp
Large onion x1
Realeat 'Chicken' pieces x1 mug
Baking potatoes x2
Cherry tomatoes x10
Heinz chick peas in masala sauce x1 tin
Curryesque sauce (Balti in this case) x1 jar
Mixed herbs 2 tsp
- Wash potato, cut into cubes, with skins on and boil
- Chop onion, fry in pan in oil
- Add chicken pieces to pan, fry until defrosted/cooking
- Chop tomatoes into 1/4's, add to pan
- Add jar of sauce and chick peas
- Drain potatoes and add to pan
- Season with herbs
- Simmer for approx 20 mins, stir as needed
