(Picture shows my loaf and bun version of this recipe, the pizza is faaaarrrrr better!!)

In it:
- 200g wholemeal flour
- 140g caster sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons veg oil
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 4 tablespoons apple sauce
Method (Man)
- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4. Grease a baking tray (the type you normally cook chips on)
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon. Add vegetable oil, bananas and apple purée; stir just until combined. Pour onto baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes, remove from the oven, until a skewer inserted into centre of the bread comes out clean.
Cut into strips, spread with marg or dip in yogurt.
