METHOD. MAN:
- CHOP ONION AND FRY IN OIL
- MIX SOYA MINCE WITH EQUAL WATER AND ADD TO PAN
- MIX IN BEANS, VEG, MARMITE, HOUMOUS, MIXED HERBS, WATER AND GRAVY GRANULES (TO THICKEN)
- MASH POTATOES WITH SOYA MARG AND A LITTLE SOYA MINCE
- POUR MINCE MIX INTO A LARGE GLASS DISH, POTATO ON TOP
- LAY SLICED TOMATO AND A SPRIG OF FRESH PARSLEY ON TOP
GRATED CHEESLY CAN BE USED ON TOP ALSO :)
